Finally! Progress
I've been having problems with my hd_inspired fic from the moment I claimed it. While I had the general plot idea, and even had some random details popping in my head, ever since the moment I saw the prompt, I've been struggling with the structure. I started a few times but it always felt completely wrong. And finally, today while waiting for the bus in the horrible heat and the antiperspirants fought bravely to live up to the advertisements, I had a sudden inspiration how to start and how to structure the story. I was delighted. The two opening scenes just came to me clear and detailed and all the other scenes came in line telling me what in order they need to follow. I'm relieved and happy (and being home, cool thanks to the inventor of the air-conditioning, may all gods bless him/her). Hopefully now I'll finally move along faster.
